With eight years experience working with individuals and groups, my experience has taught me that therapy needs to be holistic and that for you to reach your very highest level of well-being, we need to use a whole person approach, working to improve physical, mental and emotional health.
My passion is in helping my clients to reach deeper levels of well-being and fulfillment through healing the mind and emotions, learning tools to support their well-being in the present and coaching for positive growth and transformation.

I provide Women's Well-being sessions that focus on mental and emotional healing, issues related to self-confidence and self-esteem, creating boundaries and developing a level of self-care and self-compassion that will enable you to give the best of yourself to life.
I provide a range of workshops and training programs for small to large sized businesses on Stress Management, Positive Psychology, Mental and Emotional Well-being, Mindfulness and Resilience Training.
I also provide individual coaching services for employees.
