I am a multi-skilled therapist and coach, originally from Scotland and have been working and living in Dubai for the past 8 years. Prior to setting up my own business, I was working in healthcare and private wellness clinics.
My passion has always been in understanding the human mind, behavior and the complex interactions between how we think and the outcomes we achieve in life, in helping people to make the best of themselves and supporting them in reaching their highest level of well-being.
I have found that many people experience suffering and are not living the life they really want to because they haven’t been taught the proper coping skills to help them manage their circumstances. I am passionate about teaching my clients the skills they need to navigate and manage challenges and to develop the mindset, habits and behaviours they need to maximise their well-being. My approach is holistic, addressing multiple areas of well-being to ensure the needs of the whole person are met.
As well as working with individuals, I have run support groups for women and worked with a number of corporates to provide well-being workshops, trainings and team building.
I work with a range of tools from Coaching Psychology including CBT, Positive Psychology, Resilience Training and Mind Body Therapies such as Mindfulness and Breathwork.
