I specialize in Women's Well-being, therefore only accept female clients for individual therapy and coaching sessions. My work focuses on healing the mind and emotions as well as working to improve self-esteem, self-care and self-compassion to ultimately improve your relationship with self and others.
Many people experience suffering because they haven’t been taught the proper coping skills to help them manage their circumstances. I am passionate about teaching my clients the skills they need to navigate and manage difficult situations, to improve the quality of their life and to make life more meaningful.
As well as traditional talk therapy, I work with a range of tools from Coaching Psychology including CBT, Positive Psychology, Resilience Training and Mind Body Therapies such as Mindfulness and Breathwork.
I am also trained in the use of Mindfulness Meditation and Breathwork, known as Mind-Body therapies, which work with the Mind-Body connection and are incredibly effective tools for the treatment of stress, anxiety and low mood.
