Many people experience suffering because they haven’t been taught the proper coping skills to help them manage their circumstances. I am passionate about teaching my clients the skills they need to navigate and manage difficult situations, to improve the quality of their life and to make life more meaningful.
I specialize in Women's Well-being and my work focuses on healing the mind and emotions as well as working to improve self-esteem, self-care and self-compassion to ultimately improve your relationship with self and others.
As well as traditional talk therapy, I work with a range of tools from Coaching Psychology including CBT, Positive Psychology, Resilience Training and Mind Body Therapies such as Mindfulness and Breathwork.
I am also trained in the use of Mindfulness Meditation and Breathwork, known as Mind-Body therapies, which work with the Mind-Body connection and are incredibly effective tools for the treatment of stress, anxiety and low mood.
