I provide interactive workshops and programs to equip employees with the strategies and tools they need to help them effectively manage stress and prevent burnout.  


Workshops and Programs include training on:

  • Common stress triggers and how to manage them.
  • Cognitive techniques to manage stress and prevent burnout (CBT based).
  • Mind-Body techniques such as Mindfulness and Breath work to counteract the negative effects of stress.

Resilience training is based on research from the field of Positive Psychology and will equip employees with the tools they need to function well in difficult times and to effectively manage challenges, change and set backs, helping them to bounce back quickly after times of stress.


Workshops include training on:

  • Building psychological capital (hope and optimism and positive emotions) to enhance resilience.
  • Leveraging Strengths.
  • Mind-Body practices to manage difficult emotions.
  • Practical strategies and tips to help employees manage stress and stay resilient during challenging times.
