Depression is more than feeling low or upset for a short period of time. With depression, feelings of sadness persist for longer periods of time (weeks, months or even years).
Therapy can help you to identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviour that are making it more likely for you to feel depressed, moving towards more solution based thinking and healing.

Please note, I do not provide Clinical Therapy or Clinical Psychology services, therefore in some cases I may suggest you seek help from a different professional and would be happy to make recommendations for providers in the area.
