Individual Therapy Sessions

My approach is client centered and flexible, based on the needs of each individual.  I can provide coaching with a clear set of short-term goals, or longer-term therapy which aims to bring about significant change.


During sessions we will work towards:

  • Supporting you in healing from and releasing past emotional hurts. 
  • Increasing your awareness of repeating patterns in your life so you can move past them and make positive changes. 
  • Awakening you to the impact of your thoughts and beliefs and how these are helping you, or holding you back. 
  • Teaching you coping skills to help you navigate and manage difficult situations. 
  • Improving your relationship with self, so you can increase your levels of self care and self compassion, ultimately becoming kinder to yourself.
  • Developing your emotional resilience so you are able to manage and recover from challenges or setbacks. 


Tools I use are:

  • CBT
  • Positive Psychology 
  • Mind-Body Therapies

Coaching is a process designed to enhance effectiveness, growth, fulfillment and well-being across multiple areas of life.  


I provide psychology informed coaching for specific issues including work, relationships, personal development, self care, mental and emotional well-being as well as holistic coaching to improve overall well-being and quality of life experience.  


During sessions we will work on:

  • Identifying any obstacles that are blocking you from reaching your highest level of well-being 
  • Creating a vision for your future 
  • Creating goals and action planning to ensure you reach your desired outcome
